Anubias live plants are hardy, have durable leaves and root structures and offer a lush and attractive leaf available in a variety of shapes and sizes. Anubias are easy to care for and undemanding in aquariums. Anubias tolerate broad conditions and have durable leaves and roots making this plant difficult for plant eating species to eat. Water Conditions Temperature 26 – 30 °C  pH: 6.5 – 8.0 Water Hardness: 60 -150 ppm Placement Foreground, to midground depending on the variety of Anubias. An excellent feature plant or plant for attaching to wood or rock structure. Roots do not need to be in substrate for the plant to thrive. Growth Rate Slow growth rate.  Lighting Low to moderate lighting requirements. An undemanding species of plant, but ensure leaves are wiped free of algae to ensure adequate photosynthesis.
