Cryptocoryne Wendtiiis easily to grow and tolerate broad water conditions in aquariums. It enjoys warmer water temperatures and grows under low to medium lighting. It will tolerate cooler waters, it will just grow slower. It is suitable for gravel and sand substrates. Water Conditions Temperature: 24 - 28°C pH: 6.5 – 8.0 Water Hardness: 100 - 150 ppm Placement Midground to background placement in the aquarium.   Growth Rate Enjoys nutrient rich substrate and primarily feeds vias the roots. Liquid fertilizers, root tabs or aquarium plant substrates are all beneficial. Wendtii will utilize nutrients (Nitrate) in the water column.
