Tissue Culture – Eleocharis acicularis (Mini), also known as Dwarf Hairgrass, is a popular carpeting plant in aquascaping, prized for its fine, grass-like appearance and low-growing form. Grown in sterile tissue culture, it’s free from pests, algae, and snails—ready to plant and thrive in your aquarium. Features Fine, short grass-like foliage Compact growth for dense carpeting Ideal for nano and foreground aquascapes Tissue culture grown – algae and pest free Provides shelter for shrimp and small fish Scientific Name Eleocharis acicularis (Mini) Difficulty Moderate. Requires stable water conditions and regular maintenance to stay compact. In the Pisces Laboratory, Aquarium plants are cultivated using tissue-culture techniques in small pots of nutrient-rich sterile agar jelly. These little pots pack a lot of goodness in a small space and you will find multiple plants in each container.  Before planting in your aquarium, gently wash off the jelly and carefully split the plants into a few pieces if desired.
