The Purple Harlequin Rasbora is a striking variant of the wild Harlequin Rasbora, but sports shades of purple across the body. The Purple Harlequin Rasbora is a peaceful shoaling species and enjoys a planted aquarium in groups of 8 or more. Suitable for smaller fish tanks, and less commonly seen then the regular Harlequin Rasbora. They prefer lower light levels and densely planted aquariums with some open swimming space.
