Description
Pink Rotala Rotundifolia is native to waterways of Southeast Asia and is a very popular stem plant in aquariums for it's colour and relatively easy care. It's leaves are an elongated oval shape protruding from the fleshy stem. It is green and develops shades of pinks and reds depending on light and nutrient exposure.

Growth Rate
Pink Rotala Rotundifolia has a moderate to fast growth rate and can be planted into gravel, sand or aquasoil. It will utilise nutrients in the water column in the form of liquid fertilisation. Co2 is not essentially, but will enhance dense growth and colour.
Lighting
Pink Rotala Rotundifolia requires moderate to high lighting requirements. Colour becomes more intense with higher lighting. Low levels of light produce thinner leaves and light lime green to green leaves and stems.
