The Red Scissortail Rasbora is a member of freshwater Rasbora fish family. The Red Scissortail Rasbora is a peaceful shoaling species and enjoys a planted aquarium in groups of 8 or more. Suited to the beginner aquarist and suitable for small to nano aquariums. The Red Scissortail Rasbora is naturally found in densely vegetated black water streams.
