Rotala Wallichi is a stunning addition to aquariums and functions well as a flowing background plant to a midground focal point, provided you keep it well pruned. It adds rich burgundy red to pinks to your aquascape. It can be a demanding plant in terms of lighting and nutrient requirements. Growth Rate Rotala Wallichi has a moderate growth rate and utilises most nutrients in the water column in the form of liquid fertilisation.
